Digital Media Pro + Skier + Jazz Pianist + International MBA
Hey, thanks for checking out my little corner of the internet. My name’s Mac, and I’m always looking for a new adventure. When I’m not skiing, hiking or traveling to new places, I work with businesses to help them craft a strong social strategy, and connect them to their ideal online audience.
I’ve helped all kinds of businesses tap into their digital potential, from ski resorts and summer camps to authors and acupuncture clinics.
Whether the project requires a proven social marketing strategist, or a keyboard warrior who likes to get nerdy with some code (HTML, CSS, JS, Ruby), I’m well-suited to conquer any challenge that your business might be facing.

I like making fun web stuff that lots of people end up seeing.
- An active Redditor, I once posted what would for a time become the most-“upvoted” link on the site. (62,721 total upvotes)
- I created and moderate /r/COsnow, a Colorado Snowsports-focused subreddit
- A childhood photo of mine went viral, generating over 680,000 views and several parodies.
- During Colorado’s devastating Black Forest Fire, I used Google Maps Engine to create an easy, interactive, mobile-friendly tool for homeowners and their loved ones to enter their addresses and see if they fall in an evacuation area and where to find the nearest shelter. The map I created was picked up by several news outlets including BuzzFeed, KKTV, and KDRO. A representative from Google reached out personally to thank me for using their software to assist in the crisis relief effort, and included my work in their Official Crisis Map.
